Internet Platform for IT company

Internet Consulting Platform for the IT company IT Vision is used in project "Modern company - consulting for Small and Medium Enterprises". The Platform allows efficient document exchange and professional customer relationship management.

Implementation of the software was completed in February 2012.

The Platform supports provision of consulting services to the full extent, from customer registration, by identifying place, date and subject of meeting, ending with generating of complex reports, invoices and their printable versions. Full Platform features includes:

• direct registration of customers using the web form,
• registration of contracts and scope of provided services,
• meetings timetable: specifying time, place and subject of meeting, assign advisors to the meeting, meeting time and cost planning, documents registration,
• document management,
• providing complex reports with printable versions based on predefined templates,
• generating invoices,
• e-mail notification of new events on the Platform.

The platform is integrated with financial-accounting software - Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft SharePoint Server. The integration includes:

• sending data to financial-accounting software like: registered customers, agreements, advisors, costs,
• synchronizing data with financial-accounting software like: customer status, customer projects, dictionaries,
• converting invoices to PDF format by SharePoint Server.
